The following are recent solicitations for bids received by our office for exotic hardwoods,
especially Ipe, Greenheart Wood and Cambara Mahogany. The most recent solicitations are at the top.
Hardwood suppliers please feel free to bid.

  • Received 3/17/09. Solicitation #: Mol29920Ipe. Need pricing and availability for following CAH S4S E4E Ipe delivered 3/21 to residence on Fripp Island, SC 29920:
    2080 LF (random) 1x6... OR...
    130 1x6-16'
    Building a deck. Deadline for bids is 3/18/09. Delivery preferred by 3/21. Please include solicitation # in subject of your email bid. Solicitation fulfilled.

  • Received 2/28/09. Solicitation #: Wagner14108TW. Need pricing for 300SF of hidden fasteners (Eb-Ty or equivalent), and following S4S, Tigerwood delivered to Newfane, NY 14108 (residence):
    63 5/4x6-12' TW pre-grooved deck boards
    20 2x4-6' TW
    3 2x4-8' TW
    9 4x4-4' cedar or something to match the TW
    1 4x4-8' cedar or something to match the TW (ground contact if possible)

    Please include Solicitation # above on your bid. Client indicated grade could be Clear All Heart or Select. Building exterior 12x24 deck. Need bids by 3/15/09. Delivery 4/1/09. Has not responded.
